We charge a flat rate of 6.95 USD for purchases 150 USD and below.
For purchases above 150 USD, we offer FREE SHIPPING!

I would like to order something but I am no longer on time. What should I do?
Contact us and we will try to work something out for you. An additional $15 may apply to orders you wish to expedite, and we will finish creating your order within a maximum of 1 week. For intricate works or very large orders, a higher expedition cost may be charged. These costs do not include shipping costs, and in this case, we strongly advise on opting for express delivery.
How can I convert the prices to view it in my currency?
At the top of our site, on the left, beside the search bar, you are able to switch the currency to one of your choice.
Why should I join your mailing list?
We do not flood customers' inbox but choose to send occasional newsletter regarding new products and upcoming sales. Clients who subscribed to us usually get exclusive deals and higher discounts.
I would like to request for a custom order, what is the process?
Jewelsalem has been fulfilling custom orders since we started our shop in 2011. To discuss your needs with us, simple contact us through the website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We usually reply your mail within 72 hours. If you do not hear from us, please check if the email address you gave was correct. Or you could contact us on FB chat!
Through what ways can I check out and make payment?
When you are ready to check out, there are a three options that you can select according to your preference:
- Jewelsalem allows you to check out and pay without signing up for an account.
- However after payment if you feel like signing up for an account, there will still be that option available to you.
- Alternatively, if you are not ready to check out yet, you can also sign up for an account at "My Account" and continue your shopping.
Is is necessary to have an account?
Absolutely not! We provide hassle-free check out option where you can just pay for what you want without having to sign up for an account. We will ship to your billing address or you can inform us of where you want your order to be shipped.
However having an account with us does mean that you can keep track of your orders. Also you are the first to be informed of our promotions and sales, with exclusive discount rates given to members.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal.
If you do not have an account with Paypal, you can still make payment with your credit card by linking it to Paypal.
For European clients, we may accept other forms of payment, such as IDEAL.

I recently purchased something. How do I track the order?
Orders usually take 7 - 20 business days to be delivered. If your order comes with tracking, you will be given the tracking number after the order has been dispatched. You have to sign for your package upon delivery, and if you missed the post man, please look out for delivery notice that allows you to make other arrangements with your local post office. With the tracking number provided, you can input in your national postal site to track your order.
Care for your jewelry
To keep your jewelry in great condition, we suggest removing all jewelry before exposing them to chemicals (such as cleaning products, perfume, lotions, soaps and make up), before swimming, bathing / showering, or exercising, before doing outdoor / gardening work, and before heavy lifting.
Clean your jewelry regularly using warm water, gentle soap, and a soft toothbrush.
Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or padded jewelry box.
