- Our return policy lasts 7 *working days (*which means Monday - Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday).
- If there is any problem with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving it.
- If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase arrives at your mailing address, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- When returning the item, you must obtain a tracking number upon mailing the item back to us so that we can track the item. This cost is incurred by you.

- Custom Orders
- Item that has been used and worn before.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 working days after delivery
- Gift cards

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
- Refunds will only include the selling price of your item at time of purchase. It does not include shipping cost.
- We DO NOT refund late items. Please keep in mind the time for delivery, as seen on the "Delivery and Shipping" page. Sometimes packages are delayed for reasons such as being stopped at custom, postal strike, weather issues, peak holiday season etc. These are out of our control unfortunately.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- Items are not considered lost until 30 business days from the day of sending out your item have passed.
- To return your product, please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can advise you on the mailing address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (with tracking number) for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- When shipping a return item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you use an untrackable service.

- We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- We accept selection of replacement in exchange for refund.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
- You have to show us photo evidence of the defect/damage in your email.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items that have been used and worn cannot be exchanged.
You can cancel the order if it has not been made or shipped yet. Email us with your request. Cancellation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We do not accept cancellation for custom orders. Please take note. Once the custom order is agreed upon and paid for, sale is considered final.
