For purchases above 150 USD, we offer free shipping by regular post to most parts of the world!
If you wish to expedite the order, you can choose express shipping for delivery at check out. You will be given the choice to select various shipping options available to the country of delivery. Depending on stock availability, we might contact you for confirmation on your shipping option. If you do not find the shipping option you want, kindly contact us.
For regular post, your order will take around 5 - 20 business days to reach you.
We are able to dispatch orders from Europe as well as from Asia. Clients in Europe, UK and Singapore are able to receive their packages sooner.
Average delivery in Continental Europe is around 5 - 7 business days generally.
Delivery to UK takes around 7 - 12 business days generally.
Delivery to Singapore takes around 2 - 5 business days.
Clients in US, Australia and New Zealand usually receive their packages in 12 - 20 business days.
Clients in Canada usually receive their packages around 20 - 30 business days. But sometimes it takes longer than that.
Please provide a reliable and secure shipping address, and do ensure there is no spelling errors.
Some countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is solely responsible for these fees.
We have experience of orders going to Canada taking around 2 months or so, this is most likely due to custom inspection and slow postal service. As such, we advise that the only way to ship to Canada quickly is via Fedex, thereby ensuring items are delivered in a timely and safe manner.
There are some countries which have a longer processing time when it comes to postal delivery. Hence packages might be delayed in these locations: Israel, Mexico (and most South American countries).
These countries have slightly longer delivery time that exceeds the above-mentioned delivery time frame. We reserve the right to cancel orders going to these countries due to the high probability of packages being lost or severely delayed. If clients from these counties wish to proceed with the orders, please opt for Fedex or DHL services.
If your order comes with tracking number, it can usually be tracked on your national postal site. This is dependent on your country.
We do not ship to a hotel. But if this is a case of emergency, we can make an exception, but the responsibility is on you, the client, to make sure you receive the package. We will not be responsible for guaranteeing delivery to hotels.
